Pentagon has made certain amendments to the Director Resignation announcement released on 9 April 2014 at 07:00 under RNS No 3797E. Amendments are underlined. All other details remain unchanged and the full amended text is shown below.

Pentagon Protection plc (AIM: PPR) announces the resignation of Mr Haytham ElZayn as Chairman of the Company with immediate effect.

Steve Chambers will assume the joint role of Managing Director and Chairman in the interim until a successor is appointed.
